Today, we’re diving into the world of one-pot wonders, and trust me, you won’t want to miss this. When you’re craving a flavorful but no-fuss dinner, this recipe hits the spot. It’s loaded with savory ground beef, crisp veggies, and soft ramen noodles that soak up all the flavor of the umami-packed broth.

Imagine a hearty, comforting bowl of goodness that’s ready in under 30 minutes. It’s the perfect solution for a weeknight dinner or a quick lunch.

Start by gathering all your ingredients. You’ll need ground beef, cabbage, red bell pepper, garlic, chicken stock, soy sauce, hoisin sauce, and instant ramen noodles. Don’t forget to have some matchstick carrots and thinly sliced scallions on hand for added crunch and flavor.

Heat a medium Dutch oven over medium-high heat. Add the ground beef and cook, stirring occasionally to break it up into crumbles, until it’s browned and no longer pink. This should take about 5 minutes.

Next, add the sliced cabbage, red bell pepper, and minced garlic to the pot. Cook, stirring often, until the vegetables begin to wilt and the cabbage is translucent. This should take about 5 minutes.

Now it’s time to add the chicken stock, soy sauce, and hoisin sauce to the pot. Bring the mixture to a boil over medium-high heat, then reduce the heat to medium and let it simmer for a few minutes.

Once the broth has simmered for a few minutes, it’s time to add the instant ramen noodles to the pot. Spoon the beef mixture over the noodles to make sure they’re fully submerged. Cover the pot and let it cook for 5-7 minutes, or until the noodles are tender.

Finally, stir in the matchstick carrots and let them cook for an additional 1-2 minutes, or until they’re tender.

Garnish with thinly sliced scallions and serve hot. This one-pot wonder is sure to become a family favorite!
