Get ready to indulge in the most epic sliders of your life!
Today, we’re diving into the world of sliders, and trust me, you won’t want to miss this. No more boring, bland burgers, these sliders are packed with flavor and fun!

First, preheat your oven to 350°F. While that’s heating up, let’s get started on the prep work.
Take a large baking dish, like a roasting pan, and line it with parchment paper or aluminum foil. Coat it lightly with nonstick spray and set it aside. Next, slice the slider rolls in half using a serrated knife. Place the bottoms of the sliders evenly into the baking dish and set the tops of the buns aside for now.

Now, let’s make the sauce. In a small bowl, whisk together the mayonnaise, ketchup, and mustard. Set that aside for now.
Next, heat some olive oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. Add in diced onions and cook until they’re soft and golden in color. I like my onions to have no crunch, but if you like a little crunch, you can cook them less. Then add in the ground beef and cook it all the way through. Drain any excess liquid and add in the onion soup mix and steak seasoning.

Now it’s time to assemble the sliders. Spread the meat mixture on top of the buns, followed by a slice of cheese. You might need to cut the cheese to fit, like a puzzle piece. Then, add a few pickle slices on top. Press the bun tops on and brush the whole situation with melted butter. Sprinkle some sesame seeds on top and cover it all with aluminum foil.

Place the baking dish on a cookie sheet and put it in the oven. Bake for 15-20 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and the buns are toasted. Remove the foil and let it cool for a few minutes before serving.
And that’s it! These sliders are the perfect combination of flavor and fun. They’re easy to make and are sure to be a hit with anyone who tries them.
