Imagine a dish that’s packed with juicy chicken, savory linguine, and a spicy soy-based sauce that’ll leave you craving for more. Sounds like a dream, right? Well, buckle up, folks, because today we’re diving into the world of One Pan Spicy Soy Noodles with Chicken, and trust me, you won’t want to miss this!

First, let’s talk about the star of the show: the chicken. You’ll need to season those tender pieces with some garlic powder, paprika, salt, and pepper. Don’t be shy, now – make sure they’re coated evenly!

Next, whisk together 1 1/2 cups of water with soy sauce and apple cider vinegar in a 2-cup measuring cup or bowl. Set it aside for now, but don’t worry, it’ll make its grand entrance soon!

Heat 1 tablespoon of oil in a large deep skillet over medium-high heat. Add the chicken and cook until it’s browned on all sides – don’t worry if it’s not cooked through just yet. Remove it from the skillet and set it aside, but don’t get too comfortable, it’ll be back!

Add the remaining neutral oil and sesame oil to the skillet. Then, add some minced garlic and ginger and cook until fragrant, stirring constantly. You’ll know it’s ready when your kitchen starts smelling like a Chinese restaurant!

Stir in some crushed red pepper – the more, the merrier, if you ask me! Add the linguine pasta and stir to coat it in that amazing garlic mixture. Now, it’s time to bring in the soy sauce mixture and stir until everything is well incorporated, scraping any browned bits from the bottom of the skillet.

Bring the mixture to a boil, then reduce the heat to simmer. Add the chicken and any accumulated juices back into the skillet, along with some brown sugar. Stir and cook, stirring occasionally, until the pasta is cooked and the sauce is thickened – about 10 to 12 minutes. Add some additional water as needed to keep the mixture saucy until the pasta is cooked.

Finally, stir in some green onions, sesame seeds, and more crushed red pepper if you’re feeling extra spicy! And just like that, you’ll have a dish that’s sure to become a staple in your kitchen.

So, what are you waiting for? Get cooking, and don’t forget to slurp up every last bite of that spicy soy goodness!
