Gather all your ingredients, because we’re about to get this pork chop party started!

Preheat your oven to 425 degrees F (220 degrees C). Yes, it’s that hot!

Pour 2 tablespoons of melted butter into a 9×13-inch baking dish. Don’t be shy, we want that golden brown crust!

In a shallow dish, whisk together 1 large egg, 2 tablespoons of milk, and ¼ teaspoon of black pepper. The perfect trio!

In another shallow dish, place 1 cup of herb-seasoned dry bread stuffing mix. The secret to that crispy coating!

Dip each pork chop in the egg mixture, then coat with the stuffing mix. Make sure they’re fully dressed for the oven!

Lay the pork chops in the prepared dish, and get ready for the magic to happen!

Bake in the preheated oven for 10 minutes. Flip those chops and bake until no longer pink in the center and juices run clear, about 10 more minutes.

An instant-read thermometer inserted into the center should read at least 145 degrees F (74 degrees C). We want that perfect doneness!

And that’s it! Serve hot and enjoy the oohs and aahs from your family and friends!
