In a large skillet or wok, heat up some cooking oil over medium-high heat. Add in the ground turkey, granulated garlic, ground ginger, white pepper, and a pinch of salt. Stir and break up the turkey until it’s cooked through, about 3 to 5 minutes. Remove the turkey from the pan and keep it warm.
