Crispy Corn, the perfect snack to munch on while watching your favorite TV show or movie. It’s easy to make and utterly addictive! Just imagine the crunch of the corn kernels between your teeth, the sweetness of the corn, and the savory flavor of the seasonings. Mmm… my mouth is watering just thinking about it!
First, you’ll need to heat up some oil in a medium saucepan to 350 degrees F (175 degrees C). While that’s heating up, take the drained corn and pat it dry on a large plate lined with paper towels. Then, toss the corn with some cornstarch until it’s lightly coated. Work in batches, about 1/2 cup at a time, to avoid overcrowding the saucepan.
Shake off any excess cornstarch and carefully lower the corn into the hot oil using a slotted spoon. Fry until it’s lightly golden brown and crispy, about 2 to 3 minutes. Drain the corn on paper towels and repeat with the remaining corn.
Once the corn is fried, season it with some paprika and pepper. You can also squeeze some lime juice over it and sprinkle with jalapenos if you like a little heat. And that’s it! Your Crispy Corn is ready to devour.

I like to serve my Crispy Corn with a side of ketchup or a tangy dipping sauce. It’s the perfect accompaniment to your favorite snack or meal. And the best part? It’s ridiculously easy to make!

So go ahead, give this recipe a try and indulge in the crispy, crunchy goodness of Crispy Corn. Your taste buds will thank you!
