Crab Cakes Delight

Prep: 60 minutes
Cook: 8 minutes
Yields: 4 servings

Get ready to sink your teeth into the most mouthwatering crab cakes you’ve ever tasted!

Who doesn’t love a good crab cake? They’re the perfect combination of tender, juicy crab meat, crispy breadcrumbs, and a hint of spice. And the best part? They’re ridiculously easy to make!

First, you’ll need to mix together some finely crushed saltine crackers, mayonnaise, Dijon mustard, seafood seasoning, Worcestershire sauce, egg, cayenne pepper, and salt in a large bowl. Yes, it’s a lot of ingredients, but trust me, it’s worth it!

Next, you’ll add in some fresh crab meat and stir until it’s well combined, but still chunky. Cover the mixture and refrigerate it for at least an hour to allow the flavors to meld together.

After the mixture has chilled, it’s time to shape it into four small, thick patties. Coat each patty with some dry bread crumbs, making sure they’re nice and even.

Heat up a skillet over medium heat and add in some butter. Once the butter is melted, add in the crab cakes and cook for about 4 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.

And that’s it! Serve your crab cakes with your favorite sides, such as cocktail sauce or tartar sauce, and get ready to indulge in a culinary delight.
