Yields: 4 servings

Get ready to indulge in a seafood extravaganza that will leave you wanting more!

Today, we’re diving into the world of Shrimp Scampi Pasta, and trust me, you won’t want to miss this!. Imagine succulent shrimp tossed in a rich, garlicky butter sauce, served with a side of perfectly cooked linguine.

First, let’s start with the prep work. You’ll want to peel and de-vein your shrimp, making sure to remove any shells or tails. Don’t worry if you’re using frozen shrimp, just thaw them according to the package instructions.

Next, cook your linguine according to the package instructions until it’s al dente. You want it to still have a bit of bite, so don’t overcook it!

Now it’s time to make the garlic butter sauce. In a large skillet, melt 2 tablespoons of butter over medium heat. Add 2 cloves of minced garlic and cook for 1-2 minutes until fragrant.

Add 1/4 cup of chicken broth to the skillet, stirring to combine with the garlic and butter. Bring the mixture to a simmer and cook for 2-3 minutes until it’s slightly reduced.

Now it’s time to add the shrimp to the skillet. Cook for 2-3 minutes per side, until they’re pink and cooked through.

Remove the shrimp from the skillet and add the cooked linguine to the garlic butter sauce. Toss the pasta in the sauce until it’s well coated.

Return the shrimp to the skillet and toss everything together until the shrimp are well coated in the garlic butter sauce.

Season with salt and pepper to taste, then serve hot and enjoy!
