Hey, fellow foodies! Are you ready for a dish that’s so divine, it’ll make your taste buds do the happy dance? Look no further! Today, we’re going to dive into the world of Baked Lemon Butter Chicken Thighs, and trust me, you won’t want to miss this!

Imagine sinking your teeth into juicy, flavorful chicken thighs, smothered in a rich, citrusy sauce that’ll make your mouth water just thinking about it. It’s a game-changer, folks!

First, preheat your oven to 375 degrees F (190 degrees C). While that’s heating up, let’s get started on the fun part – making that luscious lemon butter sauce!

Grab 3 tablespoons of butter and melt it in the microwave for about 1-2 minutes. Smash 4 cloves of garlic with the side of a chef’s knife (yes, it’s a thing!) and add it to the warm butter. Stir in 2 tablespoons of freshly squeezed lemon juice and a pinch of onion powder. Set it aside for now, but don’t worry, we’ll get back to it!

Now it’s time to prep those chicken thighs! Sprinkle both sides with salt and pepper – don’t be shy, we want that flavor to pop! Heat the remaining 1 tablespoon of butter in a medium oven-safe skillet over medium-high heat. Brown those chicken thighs, skin-side down, for 3-4 minutes. Flip them over and brush that gorgeous lemon-butter mixture all over the skin. Pour the remaining sauce into the skillet and remove it from the heat.

Pop that skillet into the preheated oven and bake for about 30 minutes, or until the chicken is cooked through and the juices run clear. Brush the skin with pan juices every 10 minutes – we want that crispy, golden-brown goodness!

Once it’s done, remove the skillet from the oven and place the chicken on a serving platter. Drizzle it with those delicious pan juices and garnish with some chopped parsley. Voilà! Your Baked Lemon Butter Chicken Thighs are ready to devour!
