Now, let’s get started on this delicious journey. Preheat your oven to 350°F (180°C). Yes, it’s time to get this dip party started!

First, cook 6 slices of bacon in a large skillet over medium heat until crispy. Remove the bacon from the skillet, leaving the grease behind (because, let’s be real, everything is better with a little bit of bacon grease).

Add 1 medium onion, diced, to the skillet and cook until translucent. Then, add 2 cloves of garlic, minced, and cook for an additional minute.

Next, add 1 (14 oz) can of artichoke hearts, drained and chopped, 1 package of frozen spinach, thawed and drained, 1 cup of mayonnaise, 1 cup of sour cream, 1/2 cup of grated asiago cheese, 1/2 cup of shredded mozzarella cheese, 1/4 cup of chopped fresh parsley, salt, and pepper to the skillet. Stir until well combined.

Transfer the dip to a 9-inch cast-iron skillet or a pie plate. Top with additional grated asiago cheese and crispy bacon bits.

Bake the dip in the preheated oven for 20-25 minutes, or until the cheese is melted and bubbly.

Remove the dip from the oven and let it cool for a few minutes. Serve warm with crusty bread or crackers. Get ready for the ooohs and ahhhs!

This dip is perfect for game day, parties, or just a cozy night in with friends and family. It’s a crowd-pleaser, and you’ll be the MVP of the snack table.

So, go ahead and indulge in this creamy, cheesy goodness. Your taste buds will thank you!
