Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 1 hour
Yields: 4 servings
Get ready to sink your teeth into the most mouthwatering, finger-licking, and indulgent Grilled BBQ Meatloaf of your life!
Imagine a juicy, flavorful meatloaf that’s smothered in a sweet and tangy BBQ sauce, grilled to perfection, and served hot off the grill. Sounds crazy, but you’ll never enjoy ‘normal’ meatloaf as much as this!
In a large bowl, mix together the ground beef, ground pork, bread crumbs, onion, egg, Worcestershire sauce, garlic, tarragon, sea salt, and black pepper. Yes, it’s a lot of ingredients, but trust us, it’s worth it!
Divide the mixture in half and form 2 loaves, each about 4 inches in diameter and 6 inches long. You can also shape it into 1 large meatloaf if you’re feeling extra hungry!

Preheat your outdoor grill for medium heat and scrape those grates clean. Spray them with nonstick cooking spray to prevent any sticking.
Place each meatloaf directly on the prepared grill grates, then spread each with about 3 tablespoons of that delicious BBQ sauce mixture. Grill until the loaves reach an internal temperature of at least 160 degrees F, about 1 hour.

If you don’t have a grill, don’t worry! You can also bake it in the oven. Preheat it to 350 degrees F and lightly grease a baking dish or line it with greased aluminum foil. Shape the mixture into 1 large meatloaf and bake for 45 minutes. Remove from the oven, drain fat, and brush with BBQ sauce. Return to the oven and bake until fully cooked, about 20 minutes more.

And that’s it! Your Grilled BBQ Meatloaf is ready to be devoured. Slice it up, serve it with your favorite sides, and get ready for the oohs and aahs from your family and friends!
