Prep: 15 minutes
Cook: 45 minutes
Yields: 4 servings
Get ready to sink your teeth into the most mouthwatering, gigantic meatballs you’ve ever laid eyes on!
These babies are truly a sight to behold, and the best part? They’re ridiculously easy to make, with no slicing and dicing required. The taste and texture are that of a high-quality meatball, but with minimal effort.

First things first, let’s get our ingredients ready. We’ll need some stale white bread, milk, ground beef, ground pork, and a few other essentials. Don’t worry, we’ll get to those in a minute.
Now, let’s start by crumbling that bread into a bowl and mixing in some milk. Let it stand for 10 to 15 minutes, allowing the bread to soak up all that milky goodness.

While our bread is doing its thing, let’s combine our beef and pork in a large bowl. Mix it all up with two forks until it’s just combined. Don’t overdo it, we don’t want tough meatballs!
Now it’s time to add in our seasonings – salt, black pepper, oregano, onion powder, garlic powder, and a pinch of cayenne pepper. Mix it all up until everything is evenly combined.

Next, we’ll add in our breadcrumb mixture, olive oil, Parmesan cheese, parsley, and eggs. Mix it all up until it’s just combined. Don’t overmix, remember?
Now, it’s time to shape our meatballs. Using damp hands, roll out four giant meatballs and place them in a prepared pan. Pop them in the oven and bake until they’re cooked through, about 40 to 45 minutes.

While our meatballs are baking, let’s heat up some tomato sauce. Spoon it over the meatballs and sprinkle with Monterey Jack cheese and Parmesan cheese. Return them to the oven and bake until the cheese is melted and bubbly.
And that’s it! Our giant lazy meatballs are ready to devour. Top them with some parsley and serve them up. Your taste buds will thank you!
