Simply preheat your oven to 400°F (200°C), and line a baking sheet with aluminum foil or parchment paper. Rinse 2 pounds of chicken wings and pat them dry with paper towels. In a large bowl, mix together 1 tablespoon of olive oil, 1 teaspoon of salt, and 1/2 teaspoon of black pepper. Add the chicken wings to the bowl and toss to coat evenly.
