Yields: 4 servings
Get ready to sink your teeth into the most epic chicken sandwich of your life!
Today, we’re diving into the world of copycat McChicken sandwiches, and trust me, you won’t want to miss this!

Okay, let’s get started!
First, you’ll need to prep your chicken. Cut 1 pound of boneless, skinless chicken breast into 1-inch pieces and 3/4 pound of boneless, skinless chicken thighs into 1-inch pieces. Yes, it’s a lot of chicken, but trust me, it’s worth it!
Next, mix together 1/2 teaspoon of garlic powder, 1/4 teaspoon of white pepper, 1 teaspoon of paprika, and 1 teaspoon of salt in a food processor. Pulse until it’s all nice and combined.
Now, add the chicken to the food processor and pulse until it’s all finely chopped and uniform. You want it to be nice and smooth, like a perfectly cooked chicken patty.
Shape the chicken mixture into 6 patties and place them on a parchment or wax paper-lined baking sheet. Pop them in the freezer for 20 to 30 minutes to firm up.
While the patties are chilling, heat about 1/2 inch of oil in a large skillet over medium-high heat. You want the oil to be hot, but not smoking hot. When it’s ready, add the patties and cook for about 5 to 6 minutes on each side, or until they’re golden brown and crispy.
Once the patties are cooked, place them on a wire rack set inside a paper towel-lined rimmed baking sheet to drain any excess oil.
Now, it’s time to assemble the sandwiches. Place a cooked patty on each hamburger bun, followed by a dollop of mayonnaise and some shredded iceberg lettuce. And that’s it! Your copycat McChicken sandwich is ready to devour.
