How To Make Easy Roasted Artichokes

This entire recipe will light up your mouth with delight and you will be making it at least one night per week! Plus, these artichokes are oh-so-cute, you will be serving them to your guests every single party this year.

These tiny, bite sized morsels of happiness could not be easier to make. They are perfect for a quick party appy or for a fast side dish to compliment any main entree.

Simply preheat your oven to 425 degrees. After a quick rinse under the tap, remove the top inch of the artichoke as well as the stem. Next, mix a little olive oil with crushed garlic. Drizzle this all over the artichoke and give each artichoke a sprinkling of salt. Wrap these stuffed delights in foil and stick them in the oven for an hour and 20 mins or until they are nice and sizzling.

Instructions
