Ingredients

  1. 9 lasagna noodles
  2. 2 cups ricotta cheese
  3. 1 cup grated Romano cheese
  4. 2 cups shredded mozzarella cheese
  5. 2 cups fresh spinach
  6. 2 cups pasta sauce
  7. 1 tablespoon olive oil
  8. 1 teaspoon salt
  9. 1 teaspoon pepper
  10. 1 teaspoon Italian seasoning

Instructions

  1. 1. Preheat your oven to 375 degrees Fahrenheit.
  2. 2. Cook the lasagna noodles according to package instructions and set aside.
  3. 3. In a mixing bowl, combine ricotta, Romano, and mozzarella cheese.
  4. 4. Add fresh spinach to the cheese mixture and blend well.
  5. 5. Spread a thin layer of pasta sauce on the bottom of a baking dish.
