We’re going to cook up a storm with these easy-as-pie poached eggs. You’ll be a chef in no time!

Don’t let these farm-fresh eggs intimidate you; they’re a snap to cook. Just grab a saucepan, some vinegar, and a spoon. Oh, and don’t forget the eggs! Swirl the water in the saucepan and add a dash of vinegar. Now, carefully crack the eggs into the swirling water. Watch as the eggs gently poach, transforming into perfect ovals of pure joy.
Take a peek at the eggs after about 4 minutes. If the whites are set but the yolks are still soft and jiggly, you’ve got perfect poached eggs. If they need a little more time, give them another 30 seconds or so.
Gently lift the poached eggs out of the water with a slotted spoon and drain them on paper towels. The fun part begins now! Serve these golden beauties on toast, with hollandaise sauce, or just a sprinkle of salt and pepper. Every bite is a taste of heaven!

Instructions
- 1. Fill a saucepan with water and add a dash of vinegar.
- 2. Swirl the water gently to create a whirlpool.

- 5. If needed, give the eggs an additional 30 seconds to cook.
- 6. Gently lift the poached eggs out of the water using a slotted spoon and drain on paper towels.
- 7. Serve the poached eggs on toast, with hollandaise sauce, or simply season with salt and pepper.
