whisk together miso paste,
butter,
brown sugar,
salt,
and pepper.
Place turkey breast
on prepared baking sheet;
spread miso butter mixture evenly
over both sides.
Roast turkey breast
for about 2 hours
or until internal temperature reaches
165°F (74°C).
Let rest for at least
30 minutes before slicing thinly against grain.
